Praktikum Anatomi, 2.0

Hola amigos! wawuu, udah lama yang gue nggak nge-post ; ) sorry for the lack of updates, been busy with college stuff, even reading Sobotta while writing this

anyways,
Hari Jum'at kemaren adalah kali kedua gue Praktikum Anatomi, and we were working with cadavers! oh wee. Quite excited, and can't wait to enter the lab. Diluar kita foto-foto gitu terus diliatin sama senior, hehehe, maaf ya kak, gini nih kalo mahasiswa tahun pertama, masih norak!

Terus kita masuk deh ke lab, dan ternyata cuma ada beberapa cadaver gitu, dan kelompok gue bukan termasuk kelompok yang beruntung bisa langsung dapet, jadi yaudah deh kita kerja sama preparat basah dulu (organ-organnya udah dikeluarin dari cadavernya) seperti biasa Pryta jadi gurunya. Woo-wee, susah bangeeeettt! Dasar gue goblok abis belom baca Sobotta (atlas anatomi) jadi gue dengerin dan nyatetin disitu.
Oh iyaaaa, ada kejadian goblok. Jadi ceritanya temen gue penasaran gitu mau kedapetan cadaver, jadi pas mas-mas petugas lab dateng dorong cadaver dia narik-narik mas-mas itu sambil bilang. "Mas-mas, sini aja mas, sini aja mas." Terus yaudah, sama mas-nya kita dikasih cadaver itu. Pas cadaver udah di depan mata, satu kelompok diem, bingung mau ngapain. Sampe salah satu temen gue bilang. "Oke, ayo kita mulai..." hahaha baru deh kita mulai ngambil petunjuk praktikum. Terus temen gue bilang lagi. "Ayo mana gasternya coba?" (gaster itu lambung) pas kita buka perut cadavernya..... loh kok nggak bisa kebuka? "Lah, ini masih ada omentum major-nya?" (omentum major itu kayak lemak di perut gitu) kita semua bingung kan. "Ini cara ngeliatnya gimana ya?" yaelaaaahhh, ternyata cadaver kita belom kebuka!
Ah sial, lagi-lagi kita akhirnya harus belajar pake preparat basah dulu -____-

Terus kita latihan pake model, diajarin senior. Gilaaaaa susah susah susah susah abis abis abis gila gila gila. I'm doomed, people!

Hmmm, habis gitu belajar lagi diajarin sama kakak senior pake cadaver. Seniornya baik banget deh, seneng gue : )))

Overall, seneng aja akhirnya praktikum juga, walaupun gue tersendat-sendat banget belajarnya. Harus nyemangatin diri sendiri deh biar belajaaarrrrrm, grrrrr!

This Will Be A Post Without Picture

Hola, it's Sunday again. Sunday means coming back to real life for me as me and my family moves back to my Grandma's house. Since I started college a month ago I stayed here during weekdays. I usually come back home to Cinere on Friday after college, and moves back to Tebet every Sunday. Gah, it's tiring, really. It's like a group of birds moving in certain season.
Anyways, one of my friend's leaving for Perth today, Anisha. I kinda lose contact with her since we didn't go to the same English class anymore, but we're a great friend, because when we meet again about 2 weeks ago we just can't stop talking! I'll miss you Ashaaaa ♥
Also I have this phrase that I love: Med school is a battlefield. The truth is, it is. Here, everything is a competition, even though it isn't. I really don't realize it (and don't really care about it) but some of my friends do. Well not really those whose close to me. But those book freak kinda person who think everybody is their competitors. Hey, chill! I'm here not to compete, dude! I don't want to either. So yeah, wish me luck surviving this jungle a.k.a med school.

Back To Reality

I'm going back to my Grandmother's house where I'm staying during my college days. Not that I hate it but, home sweet home right. I'll miss my bedroom and everything inside it. I'll miss by dog, Iker. See you on the weekend. cheers

Reasons

to celebrate my 100th post, reasons why should/shouldn't I have my own flat (bahasa Indonesianya: ngekos. ini englishnya agak agak maksa haha)

Why shouldn't I?
1. I'll miss my home, my bed, my dogs, not to mention tons of books and dolls.
2. I can ask my Dad for money when I need some
3. I won't have this high speed connection internet anymore.
4. I can't watch DVD
5. I'll miss my Mom's cooking.
6. Akan kehabisan kue-kue sisa lebaran.
7. I cannot spend much time with Mom&Dad.
8. I won't see Iker everyday : (
9. I can't go to Senen after college
10. and that means bye bye to Atrium too
11. Simply, because home sweet home

Why should I?
1. Learning to stand on my own feet.
2. Learning not to "mbak this mbak that" whenever I need something.
3. Learning to control my money.
4. Get to know my friends
5. and seniors
6. I can study more, dirumah setiap mau belajar pasti adaaaa aja disuruh ini itu.
7. Focus!
8. Because of this high speed internet all I can do is tweeting!
9. It's close to my college.
10. TIDAK CAPEK! Kalau dirumah sampe rumah bawaannya super ngantuk dan capek, pengennya tidur, belajar juga ga bisa soalnya ngantuk. Kalo di kos jalan juga ga sampe 10 menit, masih bisa belajar belajar dikit pulang kuliah.
11. With tons of assignments and exams sometimes I need my friends to study together.
12. Dirumah=berisik!
13. Dirumah=ada-ada saja gangguannya
14. Dirumah=bawaannya pengen tidur
15. Di kos nggak ada TV, seenggaknya gangguan berkurang satu.
16. Di kos=bisa mandiri, no that's not mandi sendiri.
17. Di kos=beresin kamar sendiri.
18. Did I mention, di kos=nggak tergantung sama mbak? I did? okay then
19. Banyak makanan enak!
20. Kebersamaan sama temen-temen sesama anak kos, kemaren makan bareng aja udah seneng banget : )
21. Kompak sama temen-temen, karena sesama anak kos jadi derita lu (kadang-kadang) derita gue juga.
22. Bahu-membahu sama teman-teman
23. Simply, because I am tired of all this busway ride thingy, you have to try that by yourself otherwise you won't know what it feels like. Try to study from 0800 till 1500 then stand all the way to harmoni central, then to Senen (with Jakarta's famous traffic jam!) and from Senen to Kampung Melayu, after that, hop on to the nearest bajaj, and after 8-10 minutes you'll get home. It takes 2 hours or more (on busy hours) to get home from college, however, it's only 2 minutes from college to kos-kosan.


so, please re-think your decision. thank you.

Feels like an adult

Hello from under the moon.

It's been a while since my last post because I'm using tumblr more often these days.
I'm officially a med school student right now, it's.............. fun.
No, believe me, it does.
I love my new college, friends, and I really really can't wait to learn some things medical, because right now I'm studying med law. ugh
trust me, it's a pain in the ass.
I mean, Good Lord, that's why we hire lawyers!
Well, I do have to know some law and stuff, but I want to get over it ASAP!

I will stop now before I'm blabbering about useless things

btw, I'm writing this at Senayan City, while working on my assingments with my study group. Surrounded by yummy food stall, approximately 45 minutes to break fasting time
